The chaos in Libya may have far-reacing consequences. According to this article in ABC's Blotter, thousands of shoulder-fired surface-to-air (SAM) missiles have "gone missing." Our primary concern is having these missiles fall into the hands of terrorists to be used against civilian airliners.
