It looks like some dolists are doling out tax payer money to establishments that provide more than the basic necessities. Breitbart's Warren Todd Hudson explains how welfare money is being used at strip clubs and liquor stores.
I guess it's a sign of the times, because with all the other gov'mint waste going on, I'm not at all surprised by this.
Dissappointed, of course, but not surprised.
