Just a quick post for today. I just finished reading Mark Steyn's article, The All-Seeing State (and of course, copied the title for my blogpost).
Once again, Mark cuts through the bureaucrateze to point out that what's needed isn't more "compliance regulations," but a complete overhaul of a morally corrupt agency.
