Apparently, there are folks who are actually happy with Obamacare.
A whopping 18% consider themselves better off than before.
During my school days, achieving a 65% score on a test was considered passing--barely--with a grade of D.
A score of 18%--in anything--equals an F.
Unless Team Obama is using some sort of Common Core rating system.
But no matter what the "score" is--the majority of Americans aren't thrilled with Obamacare.
