Yesterday the Empire State Building was lit in Red & Yellow yesterday to honor the 60th Anniversary of Communist China.One commentator speculated it was done to appease our financial masters (China's been buying US debt).

I think we as a nation have better things to honor, like the 70th Anniversary of the Wizard of Oz (as pictured above in "Ruby Slipper" Red).
