Earlier this week, "Captain Quirk" concocted a Kickstarter scheme to alleviate California's four-year drought: By running a water pipeline from Seattle to Lake Meade.
Apparently, Shatner didn't hear back from the Away Team that reported WA State is currently facing a drought this year.
My idea twenty years ago was to run a huge pipe from the Ohio river valley to California. The Ohio has a surplus every year.
