Implementing the Change in Hope&Change--

The Obama Administration announced another name change a few days ago as part of it's "Hope & Change" policy.  Like "Overseas Contingency Opeartions" and "man-caused disasters," this one is for Operation Iraqi Freedom.  Now it will be "Operation New Dawn."
