On 28 January, a 15-year old girl was beaten unconscious at the Westlake Center Transit Tunnel. The guards, from Olympic Security Service adhered to their mission statement of observing and reporting. The security video finally emerged, which I saw on FOX's Hannity:
I believe Michelle Malkin coined the phrase "Cult of Passivity." It's outrageous to see such bovine passiveness extending to security services.
