In the military its called an After Action Review (AAR): A recap of what happened and more importantly, why things happened the way they did. The group involved in AARs would then discuss what worked, what didn't and what will need to be done to improve performance.
In politics, at least as far as the current Republican Party is concerned, its being called an autopsy.
And for good reason, because it looks like the GOP is demonstrating the
definition of insanity: Doing (more) of the same thing over & over and
expecting different results.
Of course the Dems think "coming on in the same
old style" is swell because they'll continue to lose elections "...in the same
old style."
Comrade Karla believes: They have too many of the
"usual suspects" involved in “advising” them. The same ones who lost them the past two
elections.
He's considering joining the Silly Party.
