In the shadow of the Boston Marathon Bombing and the unfolding See No Jihad Kabuki Theater by the media, a story unravelled in Baltimore that could have been lifted from the script of a porn movie.
Members of the Black Guerrilla Family took over Baltimore City Detention Center. Twenty-Five people, including 13 prison guards have been indicted for: racketeering, smuggling and sex between guards and inmates.
"Welcome to the Baltimore City Detention Center. We hope you enjoy your stay."
"Let me show you to your suite, sir."
What's worse, is this isn't the first time the inmates took over the asylum.
I watched this segment on The Factor last night. Apparently this has been going on for the past four years.

It is nothing new and baltimore isn't the only place. I worked corrections and there were inmates that you didn't mess with because they were protected by the administration. I caught an inmate with marijuana, and took him to segrgation. Next day he is back in general population and I was told not to bolter him anymore, supposedly he was a snitch. He gave up information to the administration and they let him deal. Did money trade hands, not that I saw. Better, is criminals and gangs would get their girlfriends to get jobs in the prison, like giving the fox the keys to the hen house. I left before I ended up a statistic.
ReplyDeleteWow. I'm glad you did get out before becoming "a statistic." Here in WA State last year, a female prison guard was raped and murdered by an inmate.
DeleteIt's stories like this that make me want to change the name of this blog to Station YGTBRFSM (You Gotta Be Royally "Freaking" "Crapping" Me). But that would be too much of a mouthful. :)
