Looks like N. Korea may have the capability to strap a nuke warhead on a missile afterall.
Will this affect our current policy?
Probably not, according to one on-line friend:
Actually, this should change nothing in our
calculus since we should not have been assuming otherwise.
While Comrade Karla has this theory:
I’m guessing that release of info was not an
accident; maybe somebody’s trying to get The One to actually pay attention to
his responsibilities?
Let's hope we don't find out whether or not N. Korea has nukes the hard way.
