Last week, US embassies were closed due to some undisclosed, but serious threat. Today, Egypt is wracked with violence. So much for "The Arab Spring," not to mention awarding a Nobel Peace Prize to a president who didn't--and still hasn't--brought about peace anywhere. Especially in his own country.
Even our allies, like the British don't think Obama can be trusted to handle foreign policy.
David Pryce-Jones calls it a purposeless foreign policy.

This surely is one of the first US presidents to not actually have any sort of policy that can be articulated by rational people. As bad as Carter’s was, it was at least recognizable as a policy, however foolish/misguided. I’m not sure you can say the same about O.
