John Adams once said: Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passion, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence.
When it comes to race-related crime, there certainly is a lot of wishing, inclination and most of all--passion.
Earlier this week, John F. Gaski wrote about the "inconvenient facts" of race-related crime. The thumbnail sketch of the article is this: Contrary to what the race-hustlers claim, race-related crime is overwhelmingly that of black perpetrators vs white victims. Not the other way around.
But the race-hustlers and lamestream media keep pushing the "racial big lie" and try to ferret-out racisim, where little exists.
While Mr. Gaski avoided discussing rape and sexual assaults, one of my friends dug a little deeper:
I
found it interesting that the author specifically avoided providing the numbers
for inter-racial rapes/sexual assaults (r/sas) - he instead refers the reader to
a DOJ report. So, I checked out the report. In 2007 (the most recent numbers I
saw in the report), there were some 14,000 black on white r/sas, and zero white
on black r/sas. And for the number of violent crimes where violence actually
occurred (as opposed to attempted or threatened violence), the numbers were
120,000 b on w and 2,500 w on b. I knew before reading this that the
inter-racial crime statistics were skewed, but I had no idea that the magnitude
of that skewedness was so incredibly enormous.
Enormous skewedness indeed.
Even without looking at the numbers, non-racist white Americans are tired of being told they're racist.
