Unleashing Voters from the Id

This past Friday, protesters forced Trump to cancel his rally in Chicago.

While not every protester was a dyed-in-the-wool communist, there was at least one Soviet standard bearer in the crowd.

Of course, what's left of the Pachyderm Parade blames Trump campaign rallies for creating chaotic environments.

The Boorish Billionaire's popularity among rank-and-file conservatives mirrors Bolshevik Bernie's popularity among the proletariat.

Voters sitting on both sides of the political aisle are fed up with the business-as-usual, self-styled political ruling class.

Trump, Bernie and Hillary are enough to cause emotions to soar even at the very mention of their names.

However, we must be careful among our fellow Americans during this volatile election and avoid unleashing monsters--Monsters from the Id.

(I wonder if cartoonist Nate Beeler's cartoon was, in fact, inspired by the movie Forbidden Planet).
