The Kavanaugh Character Assassination

Just when you thought the Kavangaugh Confirmation Circus couldn't get any worse, the Democrats went "Full Stalin."  They've dredged up a woman who's made vague accusations about being accosted by Our Grand Nagus' choice of next Supreme Court Justice.

What's more is the Democrats want to delay the confirmation hearing [until after the mid-term elections] after they've been sitting in the latest allegations for months.

We're seeing another example of perilous baloney at work; when due process, the demand for evidence and the right of being presumed innocent until proven guilty is torn apart by a mob of politicians, deep staters, media minions, social justice whiners, and snowflakes in-general.

Of course, things would probably be different if this were a President Hillary Clinton nominee.

As of now, the dust has yet to settle.  (It probably never will and Kavanaugh will live under this perpetual cloud, which would suit leftists just fine).

So it remains to be seen if the Democrats executed a brilliant character assassination, or have another bomb go off in their faces.

Our Shadow President Back in the Limelight

(Image, "Nobamanomics" by A.F. Branco)

Just before the weekend, Our Shadow President--a.k.a. President HopeAndChange--stepped out into the limelight to lambaste Our Grand Nagus.

I was on duty during when his speech was aired, and my coworker asked a serious question:

Is he running for re-election?

Without any other context, it certainly seemed so.

In any case, while deep staters, snowflakes, SJWs and the Ministry of Truth's minions fawned over our--thankfully--former president, his telepromted speech reminded the rest of us how Trump the Usurper got elected.

Plus, as with the public meltdowns of leftists from all walks of life, Barry O's return to the limelight may energize more Republicans than Democrats.

Let's hope so.

So "welcome back Dear Leader!"

Honoring 9/11

I find it hard to believe that it's been 17 years since the September 11th Attacks, and strangely unsettling that this year's anniversary is on a Tuesday, like that dreadful day.
