Social Justice Whining and Authoritarians Condemn Independence Day

Well, it's Independence Day.  But of course we can't have an American-centric holiday without libtards being triggered over one thing or another.

I didn't watch either of the Dimtard Debates last week, so I'm not going to waste too much time on their two-part food fight.

Liz Wheeler summed up 5 nutty policies from the 2020 Democratic candidates.

I like Tucker Carlson's conclusion:  Democrats have officially gone insane.

Hopefully, their collective insanity will ensure Our Grand Nagus' re-election.

Fast-forward to this week and everywhere us like-minded folks look, Social Justice Whiners are trying to spoil everyone's Independence Day fun.

First, we have mediocre football player, Colin Kaepernick, got Nike to cancel American flag sneakers.

Jesse Watters said this latest triggering is an attempt to divide the country and make everyone feel miserable.

And like last week's debates, at least two Dimtard candidates backed Nike's cowardice, while an MSNBC contributor compared the American flag to the swastika.

Bill Whittle called Kaepernick a Millionaire Injustice Monger.

Libtards and snowflakes like Kaepernick do have their heroes.  They're just not American:

The good news in all this is "Betsy Ross Flag" images, like this one...are flooding social media.

...are flooding social media.

There are exceptions among liberals.  Heck I found myself agreeing with everything Geraldo said.

Meanwhile, the Charlottesville Politburo voted against against celebrating Thomas Jefferson's birthday, leaving Ann Coulter to wonder if he was on the Duke Lacrosse team.

What's worse than Social Justice Whiners whining about American flags and Founding Fathers, is the growing demand by Dimtards to censor anyone who opposes them.

First, Fauxchahontas and other Dimtards called on Big Brother Tech to censor conservatives over the debate swirling around Kalamity Harris.

And to cap off this week in Clown World craziness, Florida Representative Frederica Wilson (D--for Dimtard) and some other congressional cronies believe anyone who makes fun of members of Congress should be prosecuted.

Tim Pool did a full video on Libtard politicians going full-authoritarian.

Yes, I firmly believe America is the most exceptional country in the world, but it's hard to be enthusiastic when our history, our values, our citizens and our very nation takes an ANTIFA beating.

While my enthusiasm may be luke-warm, I still want to wish every American a Happy Independence Day.

Dan Crenshaw Interrogates Social Media Execs on Silencing Conservatives

I'll be off line more--more than usual--to attend family matters.

A couple of days ago, news broke about a whistle blower at Google informing Project Veritas on how they censor conservatives.

And that's not all.

Google is attempting to prevent "...another Trump situation..."

Of course, the most likely places you'll find this story are among non-leftist YouTubers and Fox News.

While I'm off, I'll leave you with the best video of Senator "Nick Fury" engaging social media apparatchiks.

Cortez's Commentary on "American-Run Concentration Camps"

Earlier this week, Commissar Cortez put her foot in her mouth--again--and flunked history, while Blue Collar Logic called her comments dumb and insulting.

Ben Shapiro, along with a host of other conservative commentators wrecked her tweet, but that didn't stop the array of non-FOX News media rushing to defend Commissar Cortez's comments and given full-court press.

Although one NBC host called-out AOC--sort of.

CNN going full Godwin's Law was the subject of one episode of The Five.

If illegal aliens are indeed "concentration camp victims," then in addition to being the first inmates in history to break in to such a place, but will be given "free" healthcare in CA and driver's licences in NY--the 13th state to do so.

Of course, while snowflakes are triggered over the "appalling" conditions of American "concentration camps," rich libtards were outraged when Our Grand Nagus wanted to send illegal aliens to Democrat-run cities.

Talk about "not in my backyard," or more likely--my Caucasian gated community.

Commissar Cortez's latest firestorm is yet another instance of proof the Left can't and won't be civil.

In my the regional tabletop gaming community I belong to, one member, our web designer and vice president, expressed her outrage of this "atrocity" on Facebook.  A fellow gamer and I responded with some facts, such as the 2,400 fake families--reported by the NYT no less.

A third conservative gamer joined the fray, but he based his arguments on emotion, just like the leftists did.  Apparently, he's disabled and was outraged over illegal aliens having an easier time getting benefits than he did.

This of course, didn't earn him any sympathy on the Victimhood Scale.  In fact, he was ridiculed and scorned.  By this time, Ms. Web Designer's outrage blew past any semblance of civility and stated that "...anyone who does not empathize with these poor people are dark, soulless human beings..."

There was more and I'm sure I'm missing some other key points.  However, when I read this comment, I unfriended her.

I'll certainly encounter her at game conventions, but I don't have to read her daily rants.

Her attitude is a perfect example of what I call "The Krauthammer Observation" made on one of FOX News' shows some years ago:

Conservatives think Liberals are wrong, but Liberals think Conservatives are evil.

There's a subtle but significant difference between viewing someone as being wrong, vs. being evil.  Libtards and snowflakes use this to demonize and dehumanize us normal, rational human beings.

They feel justified in "punching Nazis" or "milkshaking" those who disagree with them.

While libtards continue to view us like-minded folks as "deplorable," scenarios like this are being played out on the US-Mexican Border:

YouTube's D-Day "Adpocalypse"

(Image from KNNP TV)

Last week, on the eve of celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the D-Day Invasion, an "Adpocalypse" was triggered by Carlos Maza of Vox against Steven Crowder.

(Image from Niche Gamer)

Or as MidWestly calls this virtual Celebrity Death Match:  Maza's hurt feelings vs. everyone.

(Image of Maza by The Post Millennial)

Basically, "Milkshake Maza" didn't like Louder Crowder saying mean things about him, so he demanded YouTube to shut down Crowder's channel.

Initially, YouTube resisted, but when Milkshake Maza along his legion of snowflakes threw a bigger tantrum, YouTube caved and a massive wave of censorship swept through the channel.

Young Rippa 59 ripped into Maza and YouTube pointing out that they've created more enemies for themselves.  He also had issued a personal message to Maza.  YouTuber 1791 called Milkshake Maza a coward.

(Image from The Loftus Party)

Michael Knowles found the timing of Maza's attack to be odd--a political stunt in the wake of "Pride Month" and the prelude of the 2020 Presidential Election.

Ben Shapiro pointed out why Crowder got demonetized--that one doesn't have to violate YouTube's terms of service to get penalized if some leftist whines loud enough.

News of this blindsided YouTubers, like Liberty Doll, who was at her day job at the time., spurring many YouTubers to produce additional videos.

Liz Wheeler's brings up what you need to know about demonetizing Steve Crowder--and called-out all the vile things leftists say about conservatives.  But as Sargon of Akkad pointed out this only goes one way--against conservatives.

Conservative commentators, both on TV and YouTube, who don't like Louder Crowder's style of humor defended his freedom of speech like:  Blaire White, Daisy Cousens, Glenn Greenwald (appearing on Tucker Carlson).

However, none of the surge of support for Steve Crowder helped as YouTube went full-scorched earth, by demonetizing everybody, which includes non-political and even gaming channels for "appearing angry."

Speaking of angry, Jeremy at Geeks & Gamers discussed how the outrage mob came for YouTube and the nonsensical new terms.

(Image from The Post Millennial)

Vox didn't ignite the Adpocalypse firestorm alone, but has help from major media outlets.

Louder Crowder didn't take Milkshake Maza's attack laying down though.  He exposed Vox's bullying tactics and warned Vox Adpocalypse is coming for you.

(Image from Steve Crowder's YouTube Channel)

Leftists have a long historical fetish over censorship which is now being weaponized by Big Tech companies and social medial.

The repercussions of this latest "Adpocalypse" are far-reaching.

For starters, leftists have now made YouTube a worse platform for content creators (and viewers I'd assume).

What's worse than worsening a single site infested by SJWs is that YouTube's tactics radicalizes leftists overall and even that the far left media is making liberals insane.

Now YouTube algorithmic commissars are scouring the site for "certain terms" that might trigger more snowflake fascists like Milkshake Maza.

Brittany Pettibone pointed out that you now cannot criticize illegal aliens, nor can history teachers use archival footage of Hitler.

Or as Ezra Levant cheekily titled his video:  YouTube Censorship Will Continue Until Your Politics Improve.

Welcome to today's Orwellian Brave New Clown World...

Signalling Against Censorship

(Image found on imgflip)

For the past few months I haven't been focusing too much attention to the on-going drama swirling around Our Grand Nagus' supposed collusion with the Ruskies and the attempts to impeach him--because he's Donald Trump.

Or something.

And I've pretty much glanced at the headlines about the news beyond the Ramparts of Civilization. Specifically with our Carrier Group Diplomacy directed at Iran, tariffs leveled against China and now Mexico, along with North Korea's latest demonstration of it's true colors by executing envoys.

Not to mention our continued illegal alien influx issue.

Instead I've been concentrating on an issue that has a direct impact on every American, or citizen of any western country for that matter.

And this issue is censorship.  And not just in the public square of politics and social matters, but in how we like to be entertained.  I admit I'm taking this personally, because I'm struggling to be a published author.

A few months ago, Disney and Marvel Studios were all spun-up about the release of Captain Marvel.

However, fans weren't impressed.  In fact, like the first "woke" Gillette commercial (another one was released last week), the movie was getting more Thumbs Down than Thumbs Up.

You see, most fans don't want movies loaded with Social Justice Whining/Feminazi mantras populated by Mary Sue characters.

So what did Disney/Marvel do?

They, along with Rotten Tomatoes went full 1984.

In other words, they finagled the algorithms to censor critics or misdirect inquires to puff-pieces.  Even the Wikipedia entry claims the adverse reaction to a "strong female character" was due to "on-line trolling."

Basically, they accused the fans were a pack of sexists and misogynists.

We now live in a world where not only can't we criticize leftist politicians and their Marxist machinations, but we're not allowed to complain about the short-comings of movies--about fictional characters and the Hollyweirdos who portray them.

This also applies to other mediums of entertainment:  Books, comic books and TV shows.

I wanted to compile a comprehensive post back in March, but events were unfolding so fast I couldn't keep up.

Several YouTubers I follow posted extra videos in response to the shenanigans pulled by the studios and big tech companies.  And not just the geeky, pop-culture channels either, but folks who usually comment on "hard news," like Tim Pool, Daisy Cousens and Lauren Chen.

Now we're seeing the same script played out with the upcoming Batwoman TV show.

So with all that's going on within our country and around the world, why should this matter?

It's only comic books, super hero movies and TV shows, right?

Well, as Mark Steyn often pointed out:  With the Left, everything's political.

We're not allowed to take a break from the world an be entertained.

Or, as Professor Geek remarked on several of his videos:  These stories form our mythology.  Tales that are suppose to inspire us, instead reek of bad story telling and force a political social agenda on to fans who don't want it.

But the silver lining is:  You can't stop the signal.

For now.

That Star Wars Girl ran afoul of Disney which blocked one of her videos worldwide, in response to the release of extended scenes from Captain Marvel.  Nor was That Star Wars Girl the only one Disney tried to thwart.

Fortunately, a few days later she was able to claim victory over Disney's attempt at censoring the opposition.

Once again--for now.

Jeremy, spokesman for Geeks & Gamers, issued a call-to-arms to all YouTubers, regardless of political social affiliation, to fight back against the encroachment of on-line censorship.

I hope my small blog helps contribute to the cause.

Final Note:

As I mentioned earlier, events both personal and newsworthy, had overtaken me, so I don't have a lot of specific article and video links to this post.

You can check out some of the other YouTubers I didn't mention who continually contribute to the anti-SJW outcry:

Shades of Adversity in College Testing

A few months ago, news broke of celebrity parents trying to short circuit the admission processes so their darling offspring could attend top-tier schools.

This time,  the College Board which administers the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) board decided to add an Adversity Score to each student's final test result.

While The Amazing Lucas tried to produce an fair & balanced report on this matter, but I think he gives too much credit for the supposedly good intentions of this new program.

Instead, I'm inclined to agree with Tim Pool's assessment that this is overtly racist and will be wide open to fraud.

While the good intentions may be to help underachieving black and Hispanic kids' SAT scores, it's a way of punishing white and Asian kids because of their perceived privilege.

So much for MLK's dream of our children not being "...judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."

"Fakebook's" Censorship Continues

While an American Navy carrier group, steaming to the Persian Gulf, and now threatened by Iran, "Fakebook" continues with its community standards censorship policy.

The social media monopoly locked-out/wiped out several hundred followers of on-line commentators, nearly all in a guilt-by-association.

Tim Pool's follow-up video demonstrates that Facebook mouthpieces lied about weeding out extremists.  One can still find terrorist and extremist content, but conservative pages are being deleted.

So, as Tim said in his second video--it's political--and they flip-flop between claiming their either a "platform" or "publisher," depending on what's most advantageous to the company.

For me to tell everyone to "dump Facebook" would be hypocritical of me--I'm still on Facebook.

That is, until I ever run afoul of their community standards commissars.

There is no quick fix with about a billion followers hooked on social media.

Facebook's co-founder and Mark Zuckerberg's college roomie thinks it's time to break up the social media monopoly.

"Sour grapes?"

"Jilted lover?"

Perhaps.

But the idea of breaking up monopolies has been done before.

More to follow...

"Fakebook" Purges Conservatives

(Image from:  One Angry Gamer)

On Thursday evening (2 may 19), just before going to bed, I watched Paul Joseph Watson's video announcing he along with several other conservatives have been banned by Facebook and Instagram.

Oh and Louis Farrakhan was purged for being a "right-winger" for good measure.

Which is probably why I couldn't sleep that night.

As I mentioned to a couple of friends, I prefer to catch my news on YouTube instead of watching the networks--even FOX News.

I tend to do most of my news watching while I'm no duty.  It's part of my job with emergency management.  However, I'm not keen on watching commercials, or waiting for the news program to run it's course before it gets to the story I really want to watch.  Which more often than not, I get an incident report that I have to respond to, so I end up catching the segment on YouTube later.

With my YouTube viewing experience I'm well aware of complaints from conservative contributors about demonitization, having searches for their sites misdirected due to "adjustments to the algorithms," and shadow banning.

Now the leftists running the Big Tech companies have stepped out of the shadows.

The following day most of the on-line print formatted media was still focused over the Democrats still braying over AG Barr and that he and Our Grand Nagus were guilty of--something.

At the time I was writing this post, the news was still confined to YouTube.  Several other YouTubers chimed in-on the "Fakebook Purge."

Dave Cullen called it The Censorship Endgame.

I don't think he's exaggerating either, especially when someone's ability to conduct on-line and even real-world financial transactions are being disrupted or terminated.

Anthony Brian Logan picked apart the claim that Farrakahn, Loomer and Milo are "far right".

This latest round of censorship was just one story on Ben Shapiro's Show (starting at the 5:59 minute mark).

Nor were these YouTubers card-carrying conservatives.

Tim Pool, who defines himself as a liberal, considered this a terrifying escalation of censorship, and warned that after banning conservative sooner or later, those in power will ban anyone who runs afoul of them.

Nearly all the commentators quoted, or alluded to Martin Niemoller's First They Came For... poem.

Which is frighteningly appropriate.

Update 1000 hours, 4 May 2019:

Last night FOX News' Tucker Carlson warned of the big tech companies attack on our rights.

Meanwhile, the talking heads on the non-FOX News networks thinks it's a great idea that their political-social opponents are being silenced.

What such libtards don't realize is that if this trend continues:  They'll be next.

Update 1045 hours, 4 May 2019:

Paul Joseph Watson posted another video in response to Our Grand Nagus tweeting his support.

And I missed The Red Elephants' video, which was posted last night, about Purge of Conservatives.

Update 1345 hours, 4 May 2019:

Tim Pool posted two additional videos.  First about Our Grand Nagus denouncing censorship.

Second, calling out CNN's outrage over Our Grand Nagus' support for "right wing extremists."

Some People Did Something to Easter Worshipers in Sri Lanka

On Easter Sunday, terrorist bombings struck several sites throughout Columbo, Sri Lanka.

I'll come back around to this later, because here in the US, another one of Ungrateful Omar's comments were unearthed this week.

This one dated back to 2017 in regards to the Battle of Mogadishu.  The ordeal American soldiers faced on that day were vividly captured both in the book Blackhawk Down and the film.

Sergeant Major Kyle Lamb (Retired) wrote a belatedly eloquent rebuttal to Ungrateful Omar's two year old tweet.

I feel justified in nicknaming Ilhan Omar as "Ungrateful Omar," because as Tucker Carlson asks, why is Omar so ungrateful to the country that saved her?

As far as I know, she hadn't commented about the latest terrorist attack, which ISIS claimed responsibility for.

Normally, I'd be willing to let someone's past comments slide, especially if they're contrite about it later.

But we don't live in a normal world.  Today, we live in Clown World, where a number (all?) of the Democrats have gone "full Marxist" and consider yearbook entries as State's Evidence against you.

Based on her current attitude, and previous comments, it's safe to assume that even if she doesn't make a "Some People Did Something, Part II" statement, she's probably thinking of it.

It makes us like-minded folks wonder:  Who's side is she on?

Lauren Chen discussed why Christian persecution is ignored.

And speaking of ignoring Christian persecution:  While Barry O may be out of office, and Crooked Queen Clinton didn't get coronated, thanks to Trump the Usurper, that didn't stop them from demonstrating their penchant for employing newspeak to terrorist attacks.

Now the term "Christian" is being cast down the Memory Hole.

I wish I could say this was surprising.

But ever since the 9/11 attacks our government, mostly Democrats but even a number of Republicans, want to whitewash the true nature of our jihadist enemies.

Tammy Bruce discussed how the language of the left avoids real discussions of terror, while Paul Joseph Watson also chimed-in against the whitewashing.

Well, despite the Left's latest attempt to alter the meaning of words--again--my thoughts and prayers go out to the Christian victims and their families.

Notre Dame Fire and Aftermath

I woke up Monday afternoon to get ready for my night shift, only to discover the Notre Dame Cathedral was ablaze.

I've never been to Paris, but like many people, I know the city's landmarks.  And it broke my heart to see this historic church burn.

Speculation was running high as to the cause, especially since last year 875 catholic churches were vandalized.

I didn't hear this tidbit prior to the Notre Dame fire, but I remained suspicious.  Meanwhile, many folks here in America were saddened to see such a loss, if not as a Christian icon, but at least as a bit of cultural history.

Well, most people anyway.

Paul Joseph Watson's video on the subject reveals many folks--mostly jihadists and leftists--were happy to see the great cathedral burn.  (This was actually a rebuttal to Buzzfeed's accusation of PJW spreading a hoax).

Rebel Media's Martina Markota deployed to Paris for some on-scene reporting and produced several short videos, touching on the topics of historical loss and possible causes for the blaze.

The Notre Dame fire has also been seen as a metaphor for Western Civilization's moral decay.  Mark Steyn expounded on this theme in his Fire and Faith article.

There's already a cabal of architects and historians that want to see Notre Dame rebuilt--but without being "overburdened" with Christian meaning.

Mon Dieu, indeed.

It was Comrade Karla who brought this issue to my attention.  My response was:

I would rather see Notre Dame left alone as a ruin than have it turned into some PC/SJW-approved structure.

While the Battle of Notre Dame is currently a minor skirmish--so far--the good news in all this was no one was hurt, or killed and people put their lives at risk to save priceless artifacts.  Within hours of the fire making world-wide headlines, donations flooded-in, reaching the $700 million mark before the next news cycle.  (I didn't know was that the cathedral was in dire need of renovation in the first place).

Yesterday, French officials said the likely cause of the fire was an electrical short circuit.

After years of citizens on both sides of the Atlantic being subjected to fake news and suppressed news, do I believe their conclusions, especially since officials were quick to dismiss terrorism or vandalism?

For the most part.

I have to have faith in the belief this was truly an accident, especially since it's Easter Weekend...

...but I'll still keep my suspicions in the back of my mind.

Omar & Her Allies Gloss-Over 9/11

(Image from: Broken and Unreadable)

Members of Congress--from both parties--have been known to say stupid stuff.  Some more so than others.

But earlier this week, we heard Congresswoman Ilhan Ungrateful Omar refer to the 9/11 attack merely as "some people did something."

The New York Post nailed it with their headline:  Here's Your Something.

And of course this triggered Snowflake Marxists like Commissar Cortez into defending Ilhan Ungrateful, while while her fellowette Quisling Rashida "Taliban" Tlaib said Ilhan was merely speaking "truth to power.".

And Ilhan Ungrateful continues to double down, even claiming Dubya downplayed the attack--while standing on the rubble of the World Trade Center.

We all know the libtard playbook by now.

When a conservative criticizes the craziness on the left, they're denounced as--

--Racist
--Misogynist
--Xenophobic
--Homophobic
--Islamophobic
--Any of the Above
--All of the Above

This latest brew-up is no exception.

Even when someone like Congressman Dan Crenshaw (the real "Nick Fury") quotes her exact words--he's condemned for "inciting violence."  At least in a rare moment, the denizens of Twitter came to Crenshaw's defense.

The Amazing Lucas called Omar problematic, while Brittany Hughes called her out on her latest Reality Check.

Guy Benson felt Ungrateful Omar's defenses and counter-attacks are worse than her 9/11 comment.

More of Omar's "speaking truth to Infidels" is coming to light, but I wanted to post this before the week is out.

I hope by the time her term in office is at an end her district's voters will "do something" ballot-wise to ensure her first term will be her last.
