It appears that President Obama's message and so-called economic stimulus plan are loosing ground in Congress and more importantly, among the people.Less than 40% of folks polled are in favor of the $900 billion bill. Meanwhile Obama's Cabinet selections have come under fire.On top of that. Obama's own inner circle is trying to cope with working within the confines of the White House.
