The thugs of ISIS don't limit themselves to slaughtering innocent lives. They're also Hell-bent on killing history.
For the past couple of weeks, ISIS has been destroying various ancient sites and ruins around Palmyra.

Why?
Because by destroying the artifacts of non-Muslim civilizations testifies to the truth of Islam.
ISIS is following the same template as earlier totalitarians.
