While Americans, myself included, have been preoccupied with the antics of our Corrupt Queen and the Boorish Billionaire, the Bare-Chested Czar has been busy.

First, he suspends the plutonium clean-up pact.

Then he added hundreds of new warheads to Russia's nuke arsenal. 

And how does Our Dear Leader respond?

By ordering a new diversity push in our national security agencies.
