Nigerian Negotiations

Military might is being brought in, the Nigerian government is keeping "all options open" while dealing with the Boko Haram Barbarians.  This includes a possible prisoner swap: Innocent girls for jailed jihadists. 

Not exactly a bargain by any stretch of the imagination.

But the Nigerian government isn't the only one whose bargained with barbarians.
