Iraq: The Most Catastrophic War in the 20th Century?

During the Benghazi Committee hearings, one member was either confused, or couldn't help but get her leftist digs in.

According to Eleanor Holmes Norton: Iraq was the most catastrophic war of the 20th Century. 

I guess having a basic knowledge of history, not to mention knowing what century we currently live in, isn't a requirement to becoming a member of Congress.
