I don't know about you folks, but I hope I never see a bear from this angle. Apparently, the US Attorney in Idaho has been watching too many Coca-Cola commercials during the Holidays and think real bears act like this in the wild:
A few days ago, Michelle Malkin posted this story about Jeremy Hill, who shot a bear on his property and is now being charged in federal court. At least Mr. Hill has high-powered allies on the state-level. Hopefully they'll get this thrown out of court.
As Michelle mentioned in her post, this goes hand-in-hand with the War on Lemonade. Mark Steyn comments on similar stories, observes that bloated bureaucracies, which are blind to common sense and decency, is a symptom of "the brokest nation on the planet."
