My hometown, Binghamton, NY was hit by a flood earlier today and the Susquehanna River hasn't crested yet. According to WBNG, 20,000 people have been evacuated.
Binghamton was hit by a flood in 2006 and folk are saying this one's worse. I first found out about the flood from a friend on Facebook. Since then Facebook has been my primary source of intel. I wasn't on Facebook back in 06, so I'm overwhelmed by the photos I've seen online.
